Everything you need to know about prom flowers but were afraid to ask.
Firstly, if you are reading this don't worrk. It may be the first time you have ever been in a flower shop.
It all starts with asking your date to the Prom. This is called a promposal and you can present a single flower, a bouquet or find a weird and wacky way to make your promposal stand out.

Once you have your date you can think about everything else that goes with Prom.
When you order flowers the girl traditionally would receive a wrist corsage from her date and the guy would receive a pin on bouttoniere from his date.
But, times have changed. It is quite common for one person to but both at the same time to ensure everything matches.
When you choose your corsage each one is custom made so you place the order a few days before prom and then pick it up on the day of or the day before.
Each corsage is made just for you so you choose
- Color of flowers
- Type of flowers
- Color of bow
- Type of wristlet
You can place your order online, over the phone or just pop in to the store.
Once you have your corsage the bouttoniere would normally match.

After picking up your corsage you store it in your fridge, (not the freezer) and present to your date.
