If you order by 2pm in the recipient’s time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday thru Friday. For same day service on Saturday please order by 12pm. We are closed on Sunday.
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within 4 hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instructions box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Normal delivery times are:
- To a Business, Residence, Hospital or Hotel 9am to 6pm
- To a School 9am to 2 pm
- On Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day we work extended hours with all deliveries being made between 8am and 8pm
Funeral Homes and Churches
Upon placing the order we contact the funeral home or church to check the exact time for delivery. If the date you have given is incorrect we will alter the delivery date to ensure delivery before the service. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call you so that the arrangement can be sent to the home of the family.
Banners on Funeral Arrangements
Due to the time-sensitivity of delivering funeral arrangements, if a banner is not available, we will fill your order to value, substituting the banner with more flowers for an even fuller arrangement.
For orders to Celebration Health we will deliver to the patient’s room except in the following circumstances.
· Maternity flowers must go to the nurses’ station – It is the nurses responsibility to deliver flowers to the patient
· Isolation (ICU) unit deliveries must go to the nurses’ station – It is the nurses responsibility to deliver flowers to the patient
Heart of Florida Hospital DO NOT allow any deliveries to the room
All deliveries are made to the reception and it is the receptions responsibility to deliver flowers to the patient. We will obtain a signature confirmation from the person receiving the flowers. Once delivered to reception we cannot accept any further responsibility for delivery of the arrangement.
All of the Schools we deliver to allow delivery to reception. It is the receptions responsibility to get the flowers to the pupil or teacher
Hotel and Resort Deliveries
We deliver to all of the hotels and resorts locally including all Disney Hotels. All deliveries are made to the front desk or bell stand. We are not allowed to deliver flowers to any individuals room in any resort or hotel in our delivery area. It is the hotel’s responsibility to get the flowers to the guest or employee.
If the arrangement is for a guest please provide a cell number and the name of the booking to allow the hotel to find the guest.
If the arrangement is for an employee please provide a cell number and department they work in.
This will allow us to get the flowers to the recipient as quickly as possible.
Deliveries within Walt Disney World Parks
We do offer delivery within the all four Disney parks for employees. Please provide as much information as possible including department and a good phone number to reach the person on. We do have to call ahead for all deliveries with the parks and cannot attempt delivery unless we make contact with the recipient.
We are unable to deliver flowers to a PO Box address or an APO address.
If no one is home
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the arrangement in a safe place for a recipient to retrieve when they return. Arrangements would be left on a porch, in a Florida room, in a pool cage or with a neighbor. We always endeavor to call the recipient before taking one of these actions to provide the highest level of customer service.
If the recipient’s address is incorrect and delivery was attempted at the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. Flower Power does not take any responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by a customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Canceling an order
Same Day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered arrangements we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed please call 863-419-4466 as soon as possible.
Contacting the Recipient
In some cases we may contact the recipient to ensure they will be available to accept the delivery.
Request to leave item at door
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. Flower Power cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty arrangements due to this special request
Recipient refusal of delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept delivery, no refund is given on the cost of the arrangement
The message that you write in the card message field is the message that is sent with the gift. Please ensure your card message you have entered is correct and spell checked as this is automatically printed and placed on your arrangement. We do not include any billing information with the order.
